I don't like leaving negative reviews for any businesses, but my experience was so terrible that I want to help others stay away from this company.
I applied through my university career fair and got an on-campus interview right after. The interview was about 30 minutes and was completely behavioral, talked about my previous experience and why aerotek. After a few weeks, I got invited into the office for a "final interview." It was another one-on-one interview with a senior level director. It was the longest interview I've had, lasted about 90 minutes which seemed like he had endless questions. Then, I was told after a few days that I passed the "final interview" and was invited to a half-day shadow in the office in about a week. Half-day shadow was about 3-4 hours long, which they only put me to shadow 2 very young recruiters who didn't really know what they were doing. The actual shadow only took about 40 minutes, then there were more interviews with more experienced account managers basically asking me similar questions already asked during their so called "final interview" stage. Those account managers even asked what my parents did for living, which made me very uncomfortable because first, it was inappropriate to ask, second, I was the one interview for the position, not my parents.
They told me that I would hear from the recruiter about the decision very soon. I sent a followup to the recruiter after two weeks without hearing anything. She never responded, I tried to call her and email her at least 3 times no response. The company and the recruiter completely ghosted me after going through the entire interview process. Trust me, if a company doesn't value and respect a candidate who has gone through the final stage of interviews and not bothering giving a decision, it most likely doesn't respect and value their employees.
