Got a phone call from aerotek to get to know me. And I was been invited to their office where is in NYC. I met the person who called me and his manager. I was been asked couple of behavioral questions and position preferences.
Wasn’t a real interview- managers described their experience to sell the position to you because they’re desperate for more people. The company has such high turnover rate because it burns you out. They will tell you about the great money they’re making, which is true. But it’s literally not worth it!!
Not very long and easy. I did not interview with Aerotek, but they did set up interviews with other comapnies on my behalf. The recruiter helps you through the other companies interview processes.
A phone interview was conducted inquiring into my preliminary qualifications such as education, experience, and whether or not I actively held the licenses necessary for the position's duties. The job offer was extended one week after the interview was conducted.
