I was able to quickly get an interview and go through the vetting process. I was pleased with the speed at which the position was offered but not to pleased with the salary and benefits. I quickly came to realize this was going to be a temporary position and I would need to be quickly looking for something more stable and permanant

Interview
I e-mailed Aerotek on a Thursday in regards to a possible job opening, I heard back the next day and was set up for a phone interview the following Tuesday. I was invited to the office for an in person interview the very next day. They require you have an in person interview and reference check before they give your resume to the contracted company. The interview questions were easy, my recruiter was essentially just trying to get to know me and find out my background.

it was a long screening process that was very formal but necessary. They helped me prepare for the real interview with the client and again, was very helpful. I felt better prepared and confident going in.
