Explained job description and asked if I wanted job during the interview. Prepped beforehand by the recruiter. They asked very few questions about my experience, definitely trying to fill ample open positions quickly.

Contract was for pfizer and they held my hand through interview process and basically knew they want to hire me before the interview. Interview consisted of hiring manager describing job (vaguely) and asking what shift I wanted to work.
