Interview
The interview process started off with me meeting with a current Recruiter for an IOI or an In House Interview. This was more of a laid back conversation than an interview since I was contacted by them. I then had a phone screen with the Internal Recruiter for Aerotek. After that, I had an in person interview with an Account Manager. I then came in for a "Half Day" and shadowed current recruiters and met with several other Account Managers. The whole process took about a month and a half. The overall experience of the interview was pleasant.

Describe a time in my life where I have failed and how did I respond? What was the outcome?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
