Interview
1st is a phone interview from an internal recruiter from the U.S, more of a get to know and them sharing the details of the job.
2nd, is a 2nd phone interview with one of the hiring managers at your locations. behavioural questions
1st in-person interview was a panel interview with the director and 2 account managers, very structured, as they're reading off all the job related questions and to get to know your experience.
2nd in-person was a half day job shadow to better understand the culture and the team

The job shadow is a really great way to get to know the team. Fairly laid back. They scheduled me 15-20 minutes to go around all of the current recruiters desks and ask them all questions individually.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
