Extremely straightforward and exciting! I’ve enjoyed the process more than any other I’ve experienced! The recruiting team is top notch and truly care about the quality of your experience. I wouldn’t say you should “rehearse” your interview, just be you!

HR then manager then technical challenge
Didn’t make it past that round
All rounds were fair, HR was more of a convo/ fit, technical challenge was reasonable,a case to do analysis
I saw the job on LinkedIn and applied online, then received a call from the recruiter. After the call I scheduled a chat with the hiring manager, was told there will be a Virtual Onsite with a panel - (declined at this stage)

Interview
Overall, a great experience. Everyone I talked to was very nice and asked genuine questions. Phone call with the recruiter first, then a phone call with the hiring manager, then a zoom panel interview. They filled the position after my 2nd phone call, but reached out a week later asking me to come back for the panel interview because another spot opened up. Ultimately, I wasn't offered a position, but it was a pleasant experience and would highly recommend.
