Process: Phone screener interview with recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, Zoom interviews with 4 team members, Zoom interview with director. Had to sign a NDA as part of interview process. Exceptional support from recruiting. Responsive, good background info at each step, and adapted to a deadline I was working with. One of the only companies I interviewed with (6+) that proactively scheduled bathroom/lunch breaks during a ~3-4 hour interview block.
Impressions: Thoughtful and intelligent team members. The company does some forward-thinking things in terms of people strategy / benefits / comp that made me feel it enabled innovation / helping employees to do their best work and therefore, made me think HR is a true asset/value add to the company (company away days, monthly stipends for various work-related expenses, open to comp adjustments based on merit/need outside of review periods, some other things can't share do to signing NDA).
