Affirm User Researcher interview questions

I had a conversation with a recruiter over the phone where I went through some examples of my work experience, the set of skills I've cultivated over the years, and my particular specialties within user research. Overall, I thought the conversation was positive and engaging. When I heard back from her via email, there was no explicit indication of why the process stalled and was not even able to meet with the leads beyond the recruiter. My sole suspicion lies with their focus on product design as she asked a few specific questions about my experience with product design—a skill I presumed was in demand for the role. The email response was vague and misguided. I would've liked more clarity for the role in the job description.
