Informative and simple. I was contacted with a formal letter of having received my resume and stating I would be a perfect candidate for a customer service representative position. This was stated after Aflac read and reviewed my online resume with glass door.com I was delighted and happy to have Aflac acknowledge my excellent work ethic and punctual and dependability as an employee and team player.
Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.
Very comfortable. Met with two ladies who were very welcoming and professional. Typical interview questions for this type of job: Scenarios, Tell me about yourself and experience with difficult situations.
Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
