Quick phone interview with regional recruiter about my experience and why I was interested in the role. Was told about the daily tasks of the role and my availability/when I could get started.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Rockville, MD) in Jun 2011
Interview
Applied through school career website. Got a call from the office about few days after. Scheduled a 1:1 interview. The interview process was very simple. Explained what I will be doing and how I will be paid. The interviewer was a sales associate and was hiring her personal intern (that's how all interns are hired at local Aflac branches). I was asked to send her an email if interested in taking the position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac
Interview
Very easy, just gave info about job and asked if it was something I would be interested in. They did not ask really any questions and it was mostly just informative.
