I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2016
Interview
I had been contacted via my Indeed resume to come in for an informational interview. It was not an interview, rather a group information session about the company. I decided not to go further with the interview process, as it did not seem like a great position for me.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac
Interview
A bit like super day for me. I interviewed multiple managers in one afternoon. All of them were friendly and did not press me too hard. 30-40 percentage of time was them introducing the company culture, hiring role responsibilities, and expectations for the role.
I was not informed that the position was compensated only in commission. I left when I realized that there was no pay for this contractor position. It was highly unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.

Question 1
Nonsense like, do I have a "book of business" so I can bring my own clients to this unpaid position.
Had one interview with the RSM and got offered the job immediately following the interview. Seemed more like a meet and greet than an actual interview. This was very easy and not difficult at all.
