I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aflac (Sicklerville, NJ) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was more like a discussion to determine if the fit was mutual. We talked about my background. I told him about what was driving me to make a change in career. I in turn asked him some questions about himself. Found out that he was in law enforcement before becoming an independent agent, and rising to regional manager. Overall, it was relaxed.
