Interview
A presentation was given to the group of potential employees explaining the product and position, and a day in the life of a sales agent. Did whiteboard presentation if Aflac benefits, and how one would present these to companies.
Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
Group interview and then one on one over the phone. Fair and honest questions by kind people, can’t complain at all. I think it’s safe to call it my best experience
Thorough and well prepared. Asked great questions. Knew what they were doing. Met with two people. Would recommend this company. Ended up getting the role. Nothing weird about the interview.
