I'm a job seeker who is on the lookout for job emails. I received an email from Aflac one day and decided to see what Aflac had to offer. I decided to go for the 1st interview and I qualified for a 2nd interview. However, I declined the 2nd interview offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Starkville, MS) in May 2018
Interview
Applied online through Indeed. Took about 1-2 week(s) for manager to contact me. Only thing preventing me from starting is occupational licensing. Was told the job is primarily commission with a $11.00 base salary. No drug test btw.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Silver Spring, MD)
Interview
My first interview was over the phone and was more about learning about what the company did. The in person interview was a classroom setting where we learned more about the company. The third interview focuses on your position and is the only actual interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aflac (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
Group interview process, very informative. I interviewed with two other candidates. We all were required to fill out a questionnaire, and watch a short video. After the video the interviewer explained in detail the basics of the position including how the pay works.
