I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Chico, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Informal. The interview was more of a conversation. Very informative. The point of this interview is to see if you are a good fit to the company. They are looking for someone who has interpersonal skills and has the ability to carry a conversation.
Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.
Very comfortable. Met with two ladies who were very welcoming and professional. Typical interview questions for this type of job: Scenarios, Tell me about yourself and experience with difficult situations.
Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
