Basic run of the mill interview. Gave background of company and the positions available. Gave decent details on job potential along with financial opportunities. Didn't offer much more unless you wanted to schedule a second interview to discuss the opening in more detail.

Professional and fast pace. A lot of explaining of the role and what to expect. Not many questions towards me since the position was to become an insurance broker I asked questions at the end to receive clarification.

Interview process was easy. First there was a group meeting to tell about the company, second one on one interview. Very thorough in the company policies, compensation plans. The interview was approximately 1 hour.
