I hand an initial phone video interview with 9 other candidates on the call. On the second phone interview it was a one on one interview where they wanted me to ask questions about the job.

Are you ok with no base salary and a pure commission job?
Interview was conducted over the phone. Then you are sent a list of questions to answer via email and links to videos. Once those are completed you are given a date and Time to attend a Meeting.
The first interview is a group interview and then the second interview is in-person. During the group interview, they explain the history of the company and discuss the benefits of working with Altace.
