Interview
Sites like CareerBuilder are used a lot in the interview process. They pretty much find people on there and call them up to see if they would be interested in coming in to see a presentation by the RSC (Regional Sales Coordinator). It's not an interview at first, it's a group setting where you learn about the position. If you are pleased by what you hear then you can sign up for a 1 on 1 interview with the RSC.

Interview
A bit like super day for me. I interviewed multiple managers in one afternoon. All of them were friendly and did not press me too hard. 30-40 percentage of time was them introducing the company culture, hiring role responsibilities, and expectations for the role.
I was not informed that the position was compensated only in commission. I left when I realized that there was no pay for this contractor position. It was highly unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nonsense like, do I have a "book of business" so I can bring my own clients to this unpaid position.
Had one interview with the RSM and got offered the job immediately following the interview. Seemed more like a meet and greet than an actual interview. This was very easy and not difficult at all.
