I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac in Feb 2010
Interview
The recruiter found my posting on CareerBuilder.com and scheduled an phone interview. The next interview discussed my career goals, why I think I would be a good fit with the company, and what 'drives' me. The third and final interview consisted of how the company pays commissions, and sketching out the general career progression and addresses concerns. The office felt very supportive, but would recommend having a spouse that earns consistent income why your career launches.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
