The interview process was a group interview followed by an individual interview. The group interview was to enlighten the interviewees on Aflac as a company. It allowed to group questions. This allowed you to see if the company was a good fit for you.

In a Zoom call, a guy asked me questions in the interview. He first asked me about where I was calling him on Zoom before the interview questions. The guy was glad that I attended the information session the day before the interview and the interview.

Interview
Group meeting - a couple of employees were there selling the job. A few candidates altered to the presentation. It was pleasant but not for me. It was about how much money you can make on residual stacking income.
Was a group setting. They explained what the company was about. Gave information. Was not a formal interview. Was not a good experience. I would not work for this company.
