I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Corona, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
Group interview and individual interview. The group interview was mostly them explaining the role and selling Aflac to us. Then we were able to find what drives us to help people and see if we have enough drive to work in a sales position.
It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
