I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Hazlet, NJ) in Aug 2011
Interview
The first "interview" was actually a group info session. The second interview was with a fantastic hiring manager who did a great job of selling the position, but after taking the time to think over the position and realizing it was not a good fit for me, I politely let her know. She understandingly accepted it but my name was already in their candidate pool and I've been called and emailed for 3 years.
Group interview for the first one. It’s 100% commission based but if you know your capabilities then I recommend going for it! If you are a self-starter, this is definitely for you.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (Knoxville, TN) in Aug 2025
Interview
Pretty easy, they seem to take everyone. The office is set up a little strangely with Aflac decorations everywhere. They do a group interview first which is a big tipoff, then you will likely be invited back for a one on one.
