I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Boca Raton, FL) in Jun 2015
Interview
It wasn't an interview as much as it was a presentation. Was put into a room with other candidates and the speaker spend about 30 min. talking about the company and the benefits of working there. the position was 100% commission with no salary to train. Im not opposed to commission only but I feel If a company is interested in my skills they should at least offer some salary while training.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The only question asked of everyone was if they wanted to be contacted for a second interview.
1 main interview, very laid back. Met with account manager discussed position and certifications needed for the role. Role is very outbound heavy commuting to different locations such as schools and other main employers to get clients signed up

Question 1
How do you respond to rejection in a sales setting?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aflac (De Zoom) in Oct 2025
Interview
First round was a group interview by zoom. After a late start, the host stated he'd just 'hung up on a broker' after that call had gone long, then argued that unlike other insurers, Aflac sales reps aren't pressured to sell to family. Many participants dropped, I was one of them. Really disappointing and bears out Aflac's reputation for bad practices and environment in the sales department.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aflac (Fort Myers, FL) in Aug 2025
Interview
The first interview is a group zoom informational session. Then if interested a one on one 2nd interview. The second interview can be via video or in person. They sell you the job so you can sell for them. They sell you on you to be your own boss. 1099
