Interview
Take a typing test, some hypothetical situations with a group of other people in a small room. Real fun. It was worthless. Seriously. Just dumb. I basically had worked in a call center and was not a total moron, so I got hired.
Video interview- 5 people in the group. Asked group questions and then the presenter did a lot of talking for about 1 hour.
He asked "What are you most proud of(work-related or personal)" "Why are you looking for a change in career" and another one which I forgot.
