I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Wytheville, VA) in Jan 2014
Interview
One more time for the record: This IS NOT a job! YOU have to supply the transportation, the gas, the time. You don't get any compensation unless you sell insurance to someone! NO benefits, not as much as a soft drink offered at the informational "interview." All of Aflac's money goes into those stupid ads with that damned duck. Don't waste your time.

Question 1
informational only. Bogus rhetorical questions like "Would you like the opportunity to earn unlimited income?"

Interview
I thought this was an excellent screening process. Questions were answered in detail. The job was fully explained. Nanette is funny, honest and was very open about what to expect. She also offered her phone number for follow up.
Super easy will get the job if you aren't dumb. Interview was virtually with the head guy at the department. Interview was maybe 10 minutes maximum. Don't be nervous by far the easiest interview I have ever done. The hardest part comes when you truly do the job
