I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aflac (Manhattan, KS) in Jan 2019
Interview
Met with District Manager and reviewed qualifications. It was explained that I would need to obtain insurance license. There would be a class that I could sign up for and would I be interested. I was present with all of the information and fees of course work and licensing fees to obtain the insurance license.
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Nashville, TN)
Interview
It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2025
Interview
The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
