I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Aflac (New York, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
This position is similar to an insurance agent. The interview consists of two parts. In the first interview Regional Sales Coordinator met with invited. I ask only one thing, "Why are you here?". Then he tells the history of the company. Then add the story of its success. Talks about the key components of the work. Reports the training and support staff. All this comes in the form of group communication. At the end of the meeting, he warned that the work is difficult, and not everyone can do it.
The second interview is dedicated to answer the question of the future employee. You can ask any questions about their professional duties. Regional Sales Coordinator assures that you are able to, and you have all the necessary skills. He said convincingly with all necessary for this argument.
General feeling of positive interview.
Scummy behavior, like others said it turned out to be a group interview even though it was never directly stated. When you're preparing for a one-on-one interview and then suddenly find yourself in a group that's absurd
The interview process had two stages. The first interview focused on providing an overview of the company, explaining its operations and culture. The second interview was conducted via call for a more in-depth discussion.
It was a relatively quick process. After attending the information session, I signed up for the Zoom interview. The entire interview lasted less than 30 minutes and was very straightforward.
