Really easy. I applied online and then I had a group interview/information session first and then one on one. Very laid back and it felt like a casual networking conversation.

Interview
I had a phone interview with a recruiter that had reached out through Handshake, it was short and informative. Before this phone interview, I was invited for a first group interview which was more like an info-session than an interview, where we would learn about the company and the position. Received the offer a few days later.
Very easy process, hiring team seemed like they wanted you onboard more so than you want to join. Mostly asked for availability and time commitments rather than asking for skills.
It was super easy, over zoom, did not really ask many questions at all. Gave a brief rundown of my experience and was offered the position on the spot. They did not ask anything very specific at all.
