Aflac Business/Marketing interview questions

I received a request for a phone interview almost immediately. The system was not working initially, so I contact the representatives and I received no response for almost a full week. The interview finally got scheduled, but I received a phone call 15 minutes before the interview was supposed to happen saying that they had to reschedule. On the rescheduled date, the representative called 20 minutes late and spoke to me for about 15 minutes. She asked me to follow up with her to let her know if I was still interested the next day. I followed up and asked some additional questions and she never wrote back to me and I have no t been contacted since.

I "interviewed" on-site with two other candidates. I was led to believe it would be an interview but when I sat down, we were not asked anything about ourselves beyond our school and class year. The interviewer proceeded to discuss how much money he has made by cold-calling people to sell insurance. He did not succeed in selling us this scam of an opportunity.
