I applied online. I interviewed at Agilent Technologies in Sep 2020
Interview
I applied online and was contacted about a month later for a preliminary interview with HR (in which the interviewer was 15 minutes late). The next week I interviewed with the head of the Lab team over a 30 minute phone call. This mostly consisted of me learning more about the role with a couple of basic questions for me despite the fact that the prep email I was sent implied it would be full of behavioral interview questions.
A month or so later I was contacted to interview with the whole team over video call (would have been in person if Covid wasn't around). This was about a two hour process and included a 45 minute interview with the team lead again. The earlier interview prep email finally made sense as the lead did ask me some behavioral interview questions while the interview with the team members appeared to consist of random classic interview questions found in a google search.
I felt good about the interviews and was told to be patient as this company is slow with hiring but was promised I would hear from them one way or another. I never heard from them but logging into their website shows I am no longer being considered for the position.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Agilent Technologies (Carpinteria, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process was fun and interesting. I was nervous of course but felt like the people interviewing me were kind and genuine. There were multiple interviews, one one on one and a couple group interviews
