Horrible. For the first round interview, one of the interviewers tuned in 8 minutes late to the zoom call. They had a bad attitude with a monotone voice and a greeting lacking emotions as if i should feel privileged to be considered, interview questions where your average background Questions, strengths, areas of weakness and how i handled challenging situations in the past alongside some subliminal indirect questions to gauge if i can read the room. They weren't cooperative in giving expectations for next steps. Some time later, I'm invited for the second round interview, again one of the two interviewers tuned in 5 minutes late, didn't have the courtesy to turn on his webcam nor apologise and im just being interviewed by a voice in the background. Asked them challenging questions to which they replied back in an insecure manner dismissing my thought because they felt lacking about managing their sales process and maximising the effectiveness of their reps. And that was it, i follow up with the HR manager multiple times after a week via email and phone calls and she ghosted me. So much for an organisation that tries to promote "respect" in their core values. First time i get ghosted on and never expected it to be Agilent! Any organisation that doesn't act by what they preach is no-go, it reflects what goes around at a high level as it dwindles down the chain of management and transcends onto negative behaviours by their employees and a bad image overall. Also the two interviewers were from the same desi country (you can probably guess which one) and it was kind of obvious they were looking for a third person to be from the same race, one was a director and the other was a manager working below him. It was obvious what's going on within an organisation pretending to promote diversity. Very unfortunate.
