Third-party company scheduled the interviews, managers across different divisions sat in on the interview in addition to the hiring manager. Questions on experience and goals were woven in between the job description and company culture.

There was a focus on company culture and soft skills that was refreshing.
The interview process was very fast in the beginning but ended up being quite slow. I got rejected and I dont mind this. What I mind is that after one interview with the HR and 2 with managers, they just sent an automated email, I found it very impersonal.

Best I've ever had! Super transparent and responsive. It was very clear what to expect from the job and everything is managed well. The onboarding process is like a breeze, everything is automated and fast. Never seen anything like it. This is very promising to start my new career at Agilent.

It took several rounds of interviews with HR, the hiring manager, the team panel, and higher management. Most of the interviews were conducted virtually, with one in person. Overall, it went smoothly, but it was a bit stressful during the team panel.
