I actually thought the interview process was well intended. I'm not certain if 30 minutes per interviewer is sufficient time. Nevertheless,
my gripe isn't regarding the interview process. It is the unwillingness to consider the experience that the candidate may bring to the company.
I'm fine not being offered a position for someone more qualified. However, when it is known that a colleague was offered the same position you applied for but they've never actually performed investigations of deviations; it has me question the equity of the process in the first place. There are not many that look like me at Agilent and I'm certain that is a factor. I do raise concerns regarding the ethics of Agilent and their hiring process.
