Agiloft Customer Success Manager interview questions

Interview with the hiring manager which in my opinion went well. She was easy to talk to and seemed interested. However after the interview the process went dark. I followed up immediately with an email thanking her for her time and reiterating my interest in the position. No reply. I followed up twice more to check status - crickets. Incredibly unprofessional which speaks volumes about their organization and lack of basic human engagement.
