Aha! interview questions

The interview process at Aha! was refreshing and enjoyable. Two words you rarely hear related to interviews. The turnaround was unprecedented with 4 interviews over a total of 6 work days! They were highly organized, thoughtful in their questions, and respectful of my time. The interviews were over video conference as the team is completely distributed. My first interview was with a recruiter asking questions focused on whether I was a fit, balanced with informational context so I could form a decision on overall fit for me as well. The following rounds of interviews were with team members and the CEO. As I moved on to each round and learned more about the company and role from each team member's perspective, I found myself getting more excited. They were all completely transparent, sharing what they loved most and what they felt could be optimized. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the interview process and would highly recommend other companies taking on a similar approach.
