Applied through university job search and was accepted for a one-on-one interview. The interview was very laid back; the interviewer mostly just went through my resume but also had standard behavioral questions prepared (i.e. biggest challenge, a time you worked on a team, etc.). Overall, the interview was very conversational and the interviewer seemed pleased that I was genuine with him.
