I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Air Products (Allentown, PA) in Jul 2019
Interview
They put every one in a group to present how the interview would run then split people up for one on one interviews for personality interviews. They put us into two groups to take a skills test. They looked at the tests and split us up one more time to discuss the results with us individually. This was the end of the interview.

A few weeks of hearing nothing between rounds then would have another interview. Very friendly interviewers who helped if you weren't sure on some of the technical questions. Overall good experience.
