All interns and co-ops who want to be considered for the full time engineering program must partake in the CDP interview process. Very thorough assessment of credentials that includes several individual interviews with upper management, and a case study problem to assess abilities to solve engineering problems. Overall a very respectable process that completely evaluates candidates.

Question 1
Must display working knowledge of both basic and advanced engineering principles including fluid mechanics, mass transfer, heat transfer, etc.
One phone screening followed by an in-person interview. It lasted about 4 hours total and involved presenting my PhD research, followed by questions. Then pairs of interviewers met with me to ask questions. This occurred for three 30-minute sessions.

They asked me how my research could be applied to the chemical processes that the interviewers worked on.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Air Products
Interview
A few weeks of hearing nothing between rounds then would have another interview. Very friendly interviewers who helped if you weren't sure on some of the technical questions. Overall good experience.
