Interview
Whole process consisted of 3 separate interviews: (1) Phone interview with HR, (2) In-person interview; one with HR/Sales and one with engineering managers (each about hour long) and (3) In-person all day interview with engineering manager to meet the group and discuss the role/ask questions followed by case study problem with discussion afterwards.
Got call through LinkedIn and hiring agencies. It was well organised. The invitation and the interview process was smooth. There were two interview rounds. First one was with technical manager & second with HR.

Basically going over what you have on with your resume. Really exaggerated on experience in capital project management and safety audits. The team I interviewed for is really nice and communicative.

Pretty well, manager asked u some questions and behalf decently, and it lated for more than 30 mins. Also, they cared more about your English skill. You should connect your professional to the position.
