Applied Online, heard back quickly and spoke to the HR rep within a week, and then the hiring manager the following week. HR Interview was great, but hiring interview was disappointing. Hiring manager was eating, accused me of job hopping (the promotions on my resume) even after I had gone over my professional background, and ultimately what he wanted was not aligned with the job description. None of the questions related to the job description and he was incredibly frustrated that I only had digital experience and was answering questions based on digital product management vs physical product management. The hiring manager could not comment on what the product manager would manage or what the goals would be, and said that the goals and structure for the team is "not fleshed out" - so it feels like that should be figured out before wasting people's times interviewing.

I had one interview with the HR representative and then was ghosted on the second interview that was set up. The first interview was great even though the HR rep did not have his system working to access my information. The second interview was scheduled through a second person who sent the invite and was confirmed by me. I was excited to speak to the hiring manager about the role, but they did not show up to the meeting. I sent a follow-up email about 7 minutes into the Zoom meeting to confirm if a reschedule was needed. I was left in the without any reply, or answer to my follow-up request. I find this completely unprofessional and have no idea how companies wish to bring in new talent if they ghost them. Worst experience in my career search to date.
