4-5 Interviews minimum. Easy to hard level as the process goes by. Kind interviewers who make sense that they are interviewers in the role and everyone knows their area pretty well and focuses on a certain area to ask you questions.

Par ailleurs, Airbnb demande des niveaux d'xp très hautes pour des jobs relativement junior (ie. 8 ans d'xp).

8 rounds of interview, interviewers are friendly, interviews are conducted by hiring managers and from other departments. However, the decision wasn't made by the Hiring manager but the majority votes. Unfortunately I was told by HR that the Hiring Manager wanted me but I didn't get majority of the votes.
