HR screening was a bit odd, to be honest. The recruiter was late and didn't seem that interested at all. But most of all they clearly weren't listening to what I was saying as they asked me questions after I had already addressed them (eg current location). Furthermore they then went into technical and competency questions with no warning and not typical for this stage of an interview, particularly since they do not work in finance...
