The process was pretty simple. First phone interview is short but straight to the point. The idea is to see your personality and your energy on the phone. After a day I got invited to an interview at Luxury retreats office in Montreal.
In that interview I had a 1 on 1 interview, a role play and a group interview. The process took around 2 hours.
People there are very friendly and warm, did not feel any anxiety or stress, the vibe was pretty much awesome. However, there was around 7-8 interviewers and 10 candidates for the same position so be prepared to interact with people.
Also, 2 hours after that interview I got called for a last phone interview directly with Airbnb, that was pretty much unusual. It was all about me and what I like to do and all that, nothing related to the job itself. Be prepared to answer questions related to Airbnb core values.
If I had to give one advice on all the process, just be yourself. They are looking for a particular type of people, so you have lot more chances of nailing the interview if you are authentic and real than pretending to be someone you're not. Good luck.
