Had a few rounds. One with recruiter, one with team coordinator and two with senior safety specialists. Had roleplays and scenario based questions. Overall not bad but they could be more professional instead of trying to be friendly

I applied once in 2023 for the Safety Specialist position and managed to get through to the screening interview, but honestly, the hiring manager gave off some weird vibes. After that, I waited a year and tried applying again a few more times, but unfortunately, I got rejected as the recruiter didn’t even shortlist me the subsequent times, and I’m not really sure why it just feels a bit strange.
