Basis phone screening interview w/ HR. Standard questions. The interview is positive at least from my prospective. Sent a follow up email a day after but no respond. A few weeks later received a rejection email.

very standard screening Qs, such as "tell me about yourself" "challenges" and etc.
Easy interview with the HR. The process overall was good at least in my opinion. But no feedback no respond even after a few follow ups. Nothing technical just all behavior questions.
