I submitted online my resume. I was contacted few days later for an interview through the website Hireart.com.
After that I was invited for an Hiring MeetUp in Dublin. The Hiring MeetUp was as per follow:
- 1 minute introduction about yourself to the group and saying the most adventurous experience you lived in life.
- one to one role playing about company policies ( i was quite prepared - nothing difficult).
- group role playing about the company core value - nothing difficult.
- they took 40 min to talk about the company and the role and the contract (6 months probation).
- 3 minutes one to one interview - interviewer did not even listen or take notes. Just question like "how do you know airbnb", "why do you want to work as a T&S investigator", do you have customer care experiences. That's it.
- filling out a form with information about your availability.
Now, i really do not have a clue about how they decide to choose candidates. What I know is that I wasted my time with a company that want to show they care about people but sadly they are not.
