Airgas Distribution Manager interview questions

Basically what they do is they have to have three people interview you now. If you are the one picked they send notice to HR it write up an offer of employment for you. You come back in and sign all the first step process paperwork and then go take a drug and physical. Then you are in limbo because I have seen it take up to three weeks something to get all the results back. The clinic they use is not very good and nine out of ten times will lose some of the paperwork. You would think for as big a company they are they could outsource their background check to a company which can turn it around faster too. That sometimes can tale a long time too. Oh and if you have a felony don't even bother with this company. They don't like to hire people with a felony on record. Also they don't like to hire females to do driving work.
