No call no email for three months after applying. I felt like I submitted a quality application, amd I spent a lot of time completing everything. It just would have been nice to get some feedback other than a flush letter three months later. I already found a great job - it just seems unprofessional after someone spends time to complete the application to have no feedback at this level.
