They made you take an online assessment test (can't remember all of the different test), but mostly consisted of a personality test and a math type of test. I thin they wanted to assess how intelligent you are. So about 2 or 3 weeks after I applied, I got a phone call from the HR coordinator. She wanted to set-up and interview. About 1 week later, I came in for the interview. I talked to someone in HR, Finance, and the VP. I pretty much knew what to expect about the position (I knew that it would be challenging for my skill level), but I was still interested. The facility looked nice, but the Independence traffice is a nightmare. So I sent my thank you email to all 3 about a few days later. 1 week after that I emailed HR to find out what the status of the interview process was. No response. 1 more week I emailed again. No response. Then I emailed the Finance (hiring manager). No response. Needless to say, I wasn't offered the position but this process put a bad taste in my mouth about the company and the hiring process. If you're not going to offer the position, at least have the descency to provide feedback or reponse back via email or phone. I won't be applying with this company anymore.
